Satisfaction

For units purchased directly from us, we offer 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

For any reason if you are not satisfied with the purchase, contact us within 30 days from the purchase date for a return tracking number (RTN).

Send the unit back to us ( our address ) with the return tracking number (RTN) included in the package. The return shipping cost will be customer's responsibility.

Once the unit has been received, the original purchase price will be refunded less the original shipping and handling charge.

Warranty

EzEdger tape dispensers are warranted for 2 years against manufacture defects. The warranty does not cover accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

If you are having a problem with an EzEdger within the warranty period, please contact us for a return tracking number (RTN). [our address]

Please include the return tracking number (RTN) inside the package when sending the unit back to us. Shipping cost back to us will be customer's responsibility.

Defective unit will be either repaired or replaced. We will pay for the shipment back to the customer. Normal repair time will be 7-10 business days from the received date.
