Terms & Policies

For any product purchased directly from us, we gladly offer exchange or a refund within 30 days of the receipt.  The order can be cancelled before the shipment. We only charge your credit card at the time the shipment. 

We do not charge any restocking or handling fee on returned items.  However, we do not refund shipping and handling fees.

Before any return, please call us for a Return Authorization number and include that number within the return package.  The cost of shipment back to us will be your responsibility. We require the returned item to be in working order without any damage beyond the normal usage.

For an exchange, we will ship out a replacement item within 7 days of our receiving of the returned product.

For items not purchased directly from us, please contact the seller for the return/exchange information.

Privacy Policy
 

We value your privacy.  All the information provided by you (including address, telephone, email address, and order history) is held in strict confidence.  The information will not be sold, rented, leased or otherwise made available to any other business.

Our credit card processing service providers - Columbus Bank & Trust, Discover/Novus and TSYS (formerly known as Vital or VisaNet), - collect information from Internet subscribers or users as necessary to provide merchant banking services. This information remains COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL, and is transmitted between facilities under the highest encryption standards commercially available.

Warrenty Policy

EZ Edger tape dispensers are warranted for 2 years against manufacture defects.  The warrenty does not cover against any accidents, abuse or normal wear and tear.  Defective unit will be replaced or repaired.  Return the defective unit freight prepaid witha an RMA number with a copy of the original invoice.

Shipping cost to us is customer's responsibility.  We will pay for the shipment of replacement or repaired units.
